Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy - 
Since every mi-DONE piece is made to order, we're only able to cancel or modify an order before it enters production. Once your order has been sent for printing, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded for reasons other than a manufacturing defect (see our Returns & Exchanges policy).

If you need to cancel, email us at [your contact email] as soon as possible after placing your order. We'll do our best to catch it before production begins, but we can't guarantee cancellation once the order has moved into processing, mostly within an hour after checkout.

Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled or recalled.
