Only before it enters production. Once an order is sent for printing, it can't be cancelled, changed, or refunded except for a manufacturing defect. Email us as soon as possible after ordering if you need to cancel.

Size exchanges aren't automatically covered — since every piece is made to order, a resize means a fresh reprint. So, you will have to return the product and order a new size.

Email us within 7 days of delivery with an unboxing video and photos of the issue. Without an unboxing video, we're unable to process a replacement or refund — this is a requirement from our production partner, not something we can override case by case.

Yes. Orders refused at delivery may not be eligible for reshipment, so please confirm your order before it ships.

Refused COD orders may not be reshipped, and shipping costs already incurred are non-refundable.
